CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program, each workout is adaptable to your level of fitness and abilities. On average, CrossFit workouts take approximately 20-25 minutes and target the 10 elements of fitness, and you will rarely do the same workout in a month!
There is a CrossFit-Certified Coach present at all times to coach and motivate you!
