I kinda lost count but I think I did 5 or 6 rounds. Lol I feel proud today though because for some reason I had a fear of box jumps… And up till today I was only doing step ups when we had to do them. But this morning I looked at it in the eyes and Boom! I was jumping! Fears are gone now! Haha

My lower back didn’t like this wod today.. did 8 rounds then had to do burpees instead of the KBS for last 6 rounds
