There will be a WOD + followed by Dom’s Spin session (bring your own bike and trainer) – TONIGHT  – Wednesday, Jan. 25/12 @ 7:45pm.

Strength:
deadlift
8 sets of 3
When gets too heavy, drop to sets of 1

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 box jumps (30/24″)
10 kettlebell swings (70/53#)
15 double unders

Skill work: Pick  your demon (5 minutes)

    It sure was cardio this morning – ouff!!!!!

    I did:

    CFWU x 1

    WOD:
    As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
    5 box jumps (24″)
    10 kettlebell swings (53#)
    15 double unders

    Completed 9 rounds + 5 box jumps.

    5 box jumps (smallest one)
    10 kettle bell swing #45
    60 single skip rope

    I kinda lost count but I think I did 5 or 6 rounds. Lol I feel proud today though because for some reason I had a fear of box jumps… And up till today I was only doing step ups when we had to do them. But this morning I looked at it in the eyes and Boom! I was jumping! Fears are gone now! Haha :) Have a good day everyone!

    No strength today!

    My lower back didn’t like this wod today.. did 8 rounds then had to do burpees instead of the KBS for last 6 rounds

    Did the workout with Dom’s spin class…

    As many rounds as possible in FIFTEEN minutes of:
    5 box jumps, 30″
    10 kettlebell swings, 70lbs
    15 double unders

    result: 14 rounds

    ** you guys are all right… breathing was tuff and it was a lower back KILLER!! Upper back soar from yesterday!!

    then played hockey :P

    Rest day and Physio 2morrow :D
