    what better then a little A.M. WOD on a Friday morning…

    For time:
    75 pound Back squat, 50 reps
    15 foot Rope climb, 7 ascents
    75 pound Back squat, 40 reps
    15 foot Rope climb, 6 ascents
    75 pound Back squat, 30 reps
    15 foot Rope climb, 5 ascents
    75 pound Back squat, 20 reps
    15 foot Rope climb, 4 ascents
    75 pound Back squat, 10 reps
    15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents

    Time: 12:34

    **added two extra climbs to all five rounds due to the rope only being 12″ instead of 15″.

      Just calculated how much work I had done compared to the actual Rx WOD…

      Rx HQ – 15reps x 15ft = 225ft

      Me this A.M. – 25 reps x 12ft = 300ft

      … 19 rope climbs total instead of 15 would be required to do Rx “ish” with our 12′ ropes!

      I guess math is not meant to be done at 6am lol

    HAHAHAHA Mike!! ah well, better to have done more than not enough!!

    Excellent work Ashley, Nat, Renee and everyone else from the morning crews!!!!! KEEP IT UP!!!!

    This morning, I did:

    CFWU x 1

    For time:
    65 pound Back squat, 50 reps
    1 rope climb (tried for a 2nd, but no go…)
    8 x Rope climb progression from floor to standup
    65 pound Back squat, 40 reps
    8 x Rope climb progression from floor to standup 65 pound Back squat, 30 reps
    6 x Rope climb progression from floor to standup 65 pound Back squat, 20 reps
    4 x Rope climb progression from floor to standup 65 pound Back squat, 10 reps
    2 x Rope climb progression from floor to standup

    Time: 38 minutes

    Pretty happy, considering I had calculated that the bar was loaded to 50# and realized afterwards it was 65#!! and no one told me differently (while he knew I had more weight on than I thought!! and yes, you all know who I’m talking about!!) hahahahahahah!!

    Stuck around for while afterwards this morning and got another rope climb in!! gotta work on the feet grip though…

    WAY TO GO EVERYONE!! HAVE A NICE WEEKEND AND DRIVE SAFE IN THE NASTY WEATHER AHEAD!!!
