Strength:
Deadlift
8 sets of 3
When gets too heavy, drop to sets of 1

WOD:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 push-ups
30 sit-ups (on floor)
45 lunges (alternating)

Post rounds completed.

Skill work: Pick  your demon (5 minutes)

    AMRAP 20 MINS
    15 push-ups (Knees)
    30 sit-ups (on floor)
    45 lunges (alternating)

    4 Rounds + 20 lunges
