    After too long a break, this morning I painfully did:

    CFWU x 1 (ring rows instead of pull-ups)

    WOD:
    “Jag 28”
    For time:
    Row 800 meters
    28 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (36#)
    28 ring rows
    28 Kettlebell clean and jerk, 1 pood each arm
    28 ring rows
    Row 800 meters

    Time: 30 minutes…………. ;-)
