Lost opportunity to practice my DU,s.. a whole 250 of them
Not to mention the 175 Knees to elbow…and lets not forget those75 box jumps !!! Sounds like a gasser!! Great work gang! Tony was still sweating from that work out when he got home

Wow, that WOD was a gasser that’s for sure. Thank God I went this AM because with the heat that they are announcing for today, it will be a hard one later in the day.
This AM I did:
Five rounds for time:
50 double unders (First round : 200 singles and a dozen double unders in between and other rounds, only did 50 singles since was running out of time)
35 knees to elbows (4th round did 30 situps and 5th round did 20 situps since my hands were hurting too much!)
15 burpee-box-jump
Time: 42:54

15 burpee-box-jump (unsure of height of box used but is the one right after the 24 inch box)
