Denis will be hosting an Olympic Lifting Night @ CFD –  THURSDAY, June 7/12 @ 7pm. Come join-in for some great learning and practice!!

There will be a group workout at CFD on Saturday, JUNE 9/12 @ 9:30am (be sure to arrive ahead of time to warmup and be ready to roll)$5 each. ALL ARE WELCOME, THE MORE, THE MERRIER!!  COME SEE, COME CHEER, COME TRY!!!  See you all then for some CFD-style fun!!!

Date: Saturday – June 9th – 2012
Tour of Facility and WOD: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Grand Opening After-Party: 8:30pm
MCF is located at: 270 Baig Blvd Unit A8, Moncton NB
Come anytime you can between 12:00pm & 5:00pm – there will be heats of their Official Opening WOD all day .

    Another super great WOD ! Love it, love it, love it!….

    For Time:

    10 Burpees
    20 Lunges
    30 Box Jumps(lowered box after 10 jumps!yikes! :(
    40 Situps
    Run 500m (row machine)
    40 Situps
    30 Box Jumps (raised box back up again :) yeahh! )
    20 Lunges
    10 Burpees

    16:15 (minus 30-45 sec. waiting to row… hey every second counts right ?!!!) LOL

      Good work! Waiting for the rower is why I ran outside ;)
      The first set of box jumps was tricky after the lunges!

    At lunch today I did:

    CFWU x 1

    10 burpees
    20 lunges
    30 box jumps (20″)
    40 sit-ups (GHD)
    500m row
    40 sit-ups (on floor)
    30 box jump (20″)
    20 lunges
    10 burpees

    Time: 15 minutes

    GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!! :-)
