When gets too heavy, drop to sets of 1

WOD:
10 rounds, each for time of:
15 Push-ups
Sprint 60 yards (55 meters)
Rest 60 seconds

    3 reps@ 145 lbs
    3 reps@ 165 lbs
    3 reps@ 170 lbs
    1 rep @180 lbs :)

    15 Push-ups
    Sprint 60 yards (approx. 50 meters)
    Rest 60 seconds

    This morning I did:

    CFWU x 1

    WOD:
    10 rounds, each for time of:
    15 Push-ups (first three de-loading PU on toes; rest on knees, not deloading)
    Sprint 60 yards (55 meters)
    Rest 60 seconds

    Holy shoulder killer!!! WOW!! Total Time: approx. 20 minutes… ;-)

    Did the workout tonight at home outside since wasn’t able to make it to the gym on time.

    10 rounds, each for time of:
    15 Push-ups

    Forgot to rest 60 secs (Oups!)

    Now Matt is on the couch eating ‘bagatelle’! ;)
