What an ideal work out to start off the week
Needed to lower my weights for my Hang Squat cleans (15 lbs) due to shoulder injury , but hey , I’m getting better and better with my HSPU !! My time today : 13 minutes

Time: no clue… somewhere around 20-25 minutes….
