When gets too heavy, drop to sets of 1

WOD:
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Hang squat clean, 50 pound dumbells
Handstand push-ups

Skill work: Pick  your demon (5 minutes)

    What an ideal work out to start off the week :) Needed to lower my weights for my Hang Squat cleans (15 lbs) due to shoulder injury , but hey , I’m getting better and better with my HSPU !! My time today : 13 minutes

    Yes, great way to start the week!!

    This morning I did:

    CFWU x 1

    21-15-9 reps for time of:
    Hang squat clean, 35 pound dumbells
    Handstand push-ups (NEGATIVES)

    Time: no clue… somewhere around 20-25 minutes…. ;-)
