Reminder to everyone that CFD will be closed on Monday, July 2, 2012 for Canada Day!!  Happy and safe celebrations!  Un rappel a tout le monde que CFD sera ferme lundi le 2 juillet 2012 pour la fete du Canada!!  Bonnes et prudentes celebrations!

There will be a group workout at CFD on Saturday, JUNE 30/12 @ 10:00am (be sure to arrive ahead of time to warmup and be ready to roll)$5 each. ALL ARE WELCOME, THE MORE, THE MERRIER!!  COME SEE, COME CHEER, COME TRY!!!  See you all then for some CFD-style fun!!!

Press
8 sets of 3
When gets too heavy, drop to sets of 1

WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
115 pound Push press, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar pull-ups
12 One-legged squats

    AMRAP 12 Minutes
    12 Push Press 65#
    12 Pullups (blue/purple bands)
    12 One-legged squats (holding post)

    3 Rounds + 9 pullups

    1st day lifting a bar in several months. Wrist is feeling a lot better.
    Lots of strength to catch up on with my left side. Hard time locking out that arm at the top of the push press.

      Good job Ashley ! It will come, slowly but surely :) Just keep at it .. :) We slept in today, and again, missed a good workout :( Oh well, tomorrow’s another day :) See you there..

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
    70 pound Push press, 12 reps
    12 Chest to bar pull-ups
    12 One-legged squats

    4 rounds + 4 push press
    Should have gone heavier on the PP..next time!
