    Beautiful morning to run :)

    Run 200 meters (ran 6 rounds + 2 rounds of row)
    11 burpee deadlifts, 95#

    TIME: Forgot to check time before starting, but my guess would be somewhere between 28-29 minutes :)

    Confronted my demon when I got back home: DU’s !! 14 in a row is my new max :) Yay! lol

    22-23 minutes to WOD, I did:

    4 rounds:
    Run 200 meters
    11 burpee deadlifts, 95#
    + 5th 200m run
