Bio – Mathieu Hebert

Mathieu Hebert

Mathieu’s childhood was always geared towards sports. Hockey and baseball were the main ones. While at Mathieu-Martin High School, he played for both their hockey and baseball team. He also played baseball for the Moncton Mets and the Hub City Brewers. During his athletic career, Mathieu has won individual athletic awards, and has played on teams that won multiple provincial titles.
That said, he was never able to enjoy the world of physical fitness. That ended when his close friends suggested he try CrossFit. In April of 2012, he joined at CrossFit Dieppe and has been going ever since. The variance, intensity, results, and camaraderie are just a few reasons why he loves it there. In June 2015, his passion for the sport brought him to do his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course (CF-L1). His ultimate goal is to blend his professional background of being a Chiropractor and utilizing his CF-L1 knowledge to help people achieve better fitness and to do so safely.
