Choose challenge reps of ( muscle up ring or bar,handstand walk for distance,chest to bar/pull up)
Part C- Metcon
5 Rounds for time
10 deadlifts @275/185
5 ring muscle up (5strict pull up/5 push-ups)
10 thrusters @ 50/35 DB
