Part A – GROUP WARM-UP

3 wall balls
4 step ups
5 burpees

Part B-   Workout 

TEAM wod – You go I go (full round )

4×5 Amrap, 3 min rest between Amrap

Amrap 1:
8 OHS @95/65
8 lateral burpee over bar

Amrap 2:
8 push-ups
8 hang squat cleans 95/65

Amrap 3:
8 OH sit-ups (with medball)
8 step ups ( bear hugging ball)

Amrap 4:
burpees in sets of 5

Part C- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
