Part B- Metcon 
AMRAP 20 min
5 squat clean 185#/135#, 135#/95# or 95#/65# – This should be heavy single reps
3 rope climbs

Part C – Accessory
4 sets
12 bent over row
8 behind the neck snatch grip push press

Part D– Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
