Part A – GROUP WARM-UP: Coach leads class into dynamic warm-up

Part B- Gymnastics 

HS walk 5×50′ in sets of 25′ or 10′ or shoulder taps 5×10-14

Rest 2 min between sets

Part C-Metcon
30-20-10
KBS @ 70#/53# or 53#35#
Burpee box jumps 24″/20″

Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
