EMOM 10 minutes
odd – 10 ring rows (feet on box)
even – 3 rope climbs

Part C – Metcon

4×4 minutes, rest 3 minutes between sets

5 OHS @155/105#

Part D– Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
