Part C- Metcon 
Amrap 11 Minutes
10 DB alt snatches @50/35
15 box jump overs @24/20
10 C2B pull ups

Part D- Core
4 sets
20 toes touche
15 ghd sit-ups or straight leg sit-ups ( on the floor)

Part E – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
