Part A – GROUP WARM-UP: Coach leads class into dynamic warm-up

Part B- Weightlifting 
4×12 power snatch
rest 1:30 between sets
* must be unbroken,used same weight for all sets

Part C-Metcon
5 Rounds for time
20 pistols/ 40 lunges
50 double unders
20 hspu/ pike push ups
50 double unders

Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
