Part A – GROUP WARM-UP: Coach leads class into dynamic warm-up

Part B – Metcon 
Team Cindy with a twist
AMRAP 30 minutes
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
every 10 rounds total – team performs 30 KBS @ 70#/53#

Part C – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
