Part A – GROUP WARM-UP: Coach leads class into dynamic warm-up

Part B – Metcon 

4×5 Minutes amraps

Amrap 1-
10 devil press @50/35
10 goblet squats (1DB)

Amrap 2-
10 DB sit-ups @50/35
10 box jumps 30/24

Amrap 3-
10 DB shoulder to OH @50/35
10 burpee over DBs

Amrap 4-
10 DB deadlifts @50/35
10 step ups with DB 24″/20″

REST 3 MINUTES BETWEEN AMRAPS

Part C – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
