Front squats 135/95
*50 double unders between each round
Part D – core
5 sets of
10-15 ttb or hanging knee raises
30-60 seconds hollow body hold
Part E – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
