Part B- Weightlifting 
Back squat
6×3 @85%

Part C- Metcon
Open workout 17.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:
2 Rounds of
50′ weighted walking lunges or 20 alt lunges @50/35
16 toes to bar
8 power cleans
then 2 Rounds of:
50 walking lunges or 20 alt lunges @50/35
16 bar muscle ups
8 power cleans

Part D – core
5 sets of
10 strict ttb or v-ups

Part E – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
