Part B- Gymnastics conditioning 
Emom 10 Minutes
Odd- 5-10 HSPU
Even- 3-6 Ring muscle ups/strict chin ups

Part C – Metcon
Amrap 10 Minutes
2 Rounds
30 power snatch @75/55
30 TTB
Then max cal bike or row for remaining time

Part D- Weightlifting 
Deadlift
5×3 @75-80%

Part D– Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
