Part A – GROUP WARM-UP: Coach leads class into dynamic warm-up

Part B – Metcon 
Every 3 Minutes for 30 Minutes
Odd- 20 DB snatch @50/35 +10 box jumps over
Even- 20 abmat sit-ups + 10 cal bike or row

Part C – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
