Part B2- Weightlifting 
Emom 10 Minutes
2 squat cleans @ 75%

Part C- Metcon
E2MOM for 12 Minutes
10 deadlifts 225#/155#
10 Step ups @50/35, 24/20

Part D – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
