Part B- Weightlifting 
Sumo deadlift
5×2 @ heavy (dead stop)

Part C –  Metcon – TC 15 min
3 Rounds
15 Push-ups
30 DB snatch 50/35
15 pull ups
30 DB Lunges 50/35

Part D – Core
3 sets
20 GHD sit-ups or sit-ups
20 russian twists with medball

Part E– Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
