Part B- Weightlifting 
Tempo back squats
5×5 @5.3.1.1 (use a weight that allows you to respect tempo)

* 5 sec down,3 sec pause in bottom,1 sec up nd 1 sec pause before going back down.

Part C- Metcon TC=18 min

2 Minutes rest between rounds
