** can go strict pull up or kipping if can’t do strict

Part D – Core
3 sets
5 turkish sit ups +hip raise / side
rest 1:30 between sets

Part E- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
