Part B- Core
Arm bar stretch
5×5 seconds each arm
Then
30 turkish get ups @53/35
Switch hands every 5 reps

Part C-Metcon TC=20 min

3×3 Rounds
10 thrusters @95/65
10 cal row
rest 3 Minutes after each 3 Rounds

Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
