10 burpees
100 m run*
10 Air Squats
100 m run
10 Push-ups
100 m run
10 sit-ups
100 m run
* sub running for 200m bike or row if you can’t run

Part C – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
