Part B- Gymnastics 

Tempo descent 3 sec HSPU, pause in the bottom,kip up

Part C- Metcon

Deadlifts @155/105
wall ball @ 20/14

Part D – posterior chain conditioning 

3 sets (alternate with partner)
6 d-balls over shoulders
30 sec d-ball walk ( hugging)

Part E – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
