Part B –  Metcon

5 strict pull-ups weighted
10 weighted step-ups (1DB@50#/35#)
15 push-ups

Part C – Weightlifting
Clean & Jerk
5 sets @ 60-65%
2 pause power clean
2 low hang power cleans
2 thrusters

Part D– Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
