Part B- Weightlifting 
5×3 Front squats
Ascending to heavy for the day ( not max)

Part B2- Weightlifting 
EMOM 10 Minutes
3 power cleans ( touch and go)
** use 50-60% of your best clean

Part C- Metcon ( TC 12 Minutes)

3 Rounds
21 Wall balls
15 burpees to 6″ target
9 deadlift 225/155

Part D – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
