Part A – GROUP WARM-UP: Coach leads class into dynamic warm-up

Part B- Gymnastics 
5 sets
Max reps strict c2b pull ups/strict pull-ups or banded c2b
Max elevated ring rows/ ring rows
Rest 3 Minutes between sets

Part C- Metcon
EMOM 18 Minutes
1- Row 200 m or run
2- max reps OHS @ 135/95
3- Rest

Part E- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
