8 front rack reverse lunges @ 95/65
While partner 1 does 3 rounds of metcon 
Partner 2 rows/bike for calories 

 Workout ends when athletes reach 300/250 calories 

Part C – Accessory

4 rds
50′ silverback swings
6 heavy wallballs 30/20

Part D – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
