Part B –  Gymnastics
Ring dips, weighted
E2MOM x 5
3 reps as heavy as you can

Part C – Workout
E3MOM for 18 minutes
2 rounds
10 OHS @95/65
10 Burpees over bar

If you can complete 2 rounds under 2
minutes, add 2 reps for both exercises on
every round:
RND 1 = 10/10
RND 2 = 12/12
etc

Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
