About Us

Operating since July 2008, CrossFit Dieppe is an all-inclusive fitness facility.  We have members of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels, which just goes to show that everyone can do CrossFit! Each workout is adjustable to each person’s level of fitness and abilities.

CrossFit workouts offer maximum results and are carried-out in a fun and family-like atmosphere where you have others working-out with you, cheering you on, sharing your successes and failures.  There is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer present at all times who will explain the workout to you (each day has a pre-determined workout that everyone does; but it is adaptable to your needs/abilities), to motivate you on while you work-out, to watch for proper posture and technique, and if so desired (we encourage it!), to offer some basic nutrition guidance.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program and its workouts are based on nine functional movements, are constantly varied (you will rarely do the same workout in a month!), and are carried-out at high-intensity (but adapted to your level of fitness) giving you great results!

CrossFit workouts provide a balance using elements from weightlifting, gymnastics, and running. These, combined with proper nutrition, rest and some TLC (proper recovery, good sleep, and stretching) will reinforce you and make you a better overall athlete.

On average, our classes are structured and take 30 minutes.  CrossFit’s programming targets the 10 elements of fitness:
