* 10:00am – heat 1 – for non-competitors wishing to do WOD and for competitors who will be scaling (door opens at 9:30am)
* 10:30am – heat 2 – for competitors doing as Rx’d (4-7 athletes, depending on WOD)
* 11:00am – heat 3 – for competitors doing as Rx’d (4-7 athletes, depending on WOD)
* 11:30am – heat 4 – for competitors doing as Rx’d (4-7 athletes, depending on WOD)
