HAPPY FRIDAY AND HAVE A GREAT LONG WEEKEND!! Reminder to all we`ll be closed for the long weekend (Sat., Sept. 4 and Mon., Sept. 6/10). // BON VENDREDI ET BONNE LONGUE FIN DE SEMAINE!! Un rappel a tout l'monde qu'on sera ferme pour la longue fin de semaine (sam., le 4 sept., ainsi que lundi le 6 sept./10).

WOD:
30-25-20-15 and 10 rep rounds of:
Burpees
Box jumps, 24 inch box
Toes to bar

SKILL WORK: double-unders (5 mins.)
