Introduction to CrossFit course for Beginners – aka, On-ramp

Register for our next group of Beginners joining our Introduction to CrossFit 5-week course for Beginners for $150 by filling-out the form below! (This includes the 3 introduction sessions plus 4 weeks of unlimited membership after completion of introduction sessions.)
During your course, you can expect the following sessions:
During your First week of the course:
Session 1 – Tuesday, 730pm
Session 2 – Wednesday, 730pm
Session 3 – Sunday, 9am
During the remaining four weeks of the course, we encourage you to attend our classes where you will be guided by one of our CrossFit Trainers. (our class schedule)
