Introduction to CrossFit course for Beginners – aka, On-ramp

Want to skip the Free Trial session and jump right in?! Register for our next group of Beginners joining our Introduction to CrossFit 5-week course for Beginners for $125 by filling-out the form below!

During your course, you can expect the following sessions:

During your First week of the course:
Session 1 – Tuesday, 730pm
Session 2 – Wednesday, 730pm
Session 3 – Sunday, 9am

During the remaining four weeks of the course, we encourage you to attend our classes where you will be guided by one of our CrossFit Trainers. (our class schedule)

We will confirm the exact particulars of your sessions for your course, stay tuned to hear from us by email.

**In your email confirmation, you will have received links to our Waiver form and our Pre-Authorize Debit form – please print these, fill them out ahead of time and turn them in at your Session 1.
