Coaches will be starting WODs at the times indicated below, so arrive before and be ready to roll at these times:
*WOD STARTS EVERY 30 MINUTES
**WARM-UP, STRENGTH, EXTRAS, SKILLZ, ETC. DONE BEFORE/AFTER CLASS
Mornings (Monday to Friday)
6:00am (door opens at 545am to warm-up)
Mid-day (Monday to Friday)
12:15pm (door opens at 12:00pm to warm-up)
Afternoons (Monday to Thursday)
*4:00pm (door opens at 3:45pm to warm-up)
7:00pm (last class & OPEN gym (come do your WOD of choice, strength, skill-work, etc./ gym closes at 8pm)
5:30pm (door opens at 5:15pm to warm-up)
6:30pm (gym closes at 7:00pm)
Group workouts at 830am and 1000am (no charge for members; one punch for punch-card holders; and $10 drop-in fee for non-members). Be sure to check our site and Facebook group each week for confirmation of this class. EVERYONE PLANNING TO ATTEND AND DO WORKOUT MUST REGISTER ON-LINE VIA ZENPLANNER.
Sundays and Holidays - open gym session confirmed on a week by week basis
NOTE that Open Gym sessions are UNCOACHED, therefore, those attending must be self-sufficient and experienced in CrossFit (know your warm-up, know your WOD, know your movements and be able to do WOD by themself, uncoached).
