(note that on days where the WOD takes longer, the class start times may be adjusted accordingly if needed, so please take into consideration when looking at our WOD before coming.)
CFD classes start at the times indicated below, if you are late arriving, you may be asked to wait until the next class to do your WOD:
Mornings (Monday to Friday)
6:15am (door opens at 6am to warm-up)
Afternoons (Monday to Thursday)
*4:00pm (door opens at 3:45pm to warm-up)
7:00pm (OPEN class (come to do your WOD of choice, strength, skill-work, etc./ gym closes at 8pm)
6:15pm (gym closes at 7pm)
Group workouts at 830am, 930am and 1030am (no charge for members; one punch for punch-card holders; and $10 drop-in fee for non-members). Be sure to check our site and Facebook page each week for confirmation of this class AND TO REGISTER ON-LINE VIA ZENPLANNER.
Sundays and holidays – closed
* For the classes above marked with an asterix (*), parents can bring their child(ren) in order to workout while supervising them
SPECIALTY CLASSES / GROUPS:
- Wednesdays (during winter) at 7:45pm is a WOD + SPIN session with Dom (must purchase a punch card to attend or be an active member)
- Every second Thursday is Olympic Lift Night with Denis (must purchase a punch card to attend or be an active member)
- Wednesdays and Thursdays between 6 and 7pm, there are classes as per above-schedule, however, note that there are a variety of teams who train at CFD and come during these times, so expect to see bigger crowds.
FUNDAMENTALS CLASSES FOR ALL NEW MEMBERS:
When joining CFD, following your free session, you will need to register for the 3 mandatory Fundamentals classes held over a week. You will be scheduled for these Fundamentals with Pierre when you join.
