CLASSES START AT THE INDICATED TIMES, so ARRIVE BEFORE and be ready to roll (click on a class to see details  – ie, to know when the doors open for first class in morning, at noon, and first in afternoon). 

Your warm-up, strength, extra, skillz, etc. is to be done before/after your class, in their respective designated areas.

* For the classes above marked with an asterix (*), parents can bring their child(ren) in order to workout while supervising them.
