Back squat

3 @70%
3 @80%
3 @85%
1 @90%

Part C – Metcon
5 Rounds,rest 1 minute between rounds 
5 power clean and jerk @ 65%
5 ring muscle ups/ 5strict pull ups -5 push ups

Part D- core

100 v-ups/ ab mat sit-ups

Part E– Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
