TEAM wod – You go I go (each movement)

AMRAP 24 min
8 Weighted situps 50#/35#
8 devil press 50#/35#
Both partners run/row 400 m

Partner A does 8 weighted sit ups then Partner B does 8 weighted sit ups and so on

Part C – Post Chain
3 sets
15 hip extension
10 glute bridge (hold 3 sec at top)

Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
