10 TTB/ partner 
5 Devil press/ partner 

* partner 1 row 15 calories then partner 2 does the row, partner 1 does TTB then partner 2 does TTB ect….

 

Part C – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
