Clean and Jerk
1 power clean and jerk every 20 seconds for 5
minutes
@ 50-60%

Part C – Workout
4 rounds
1 minute Bike/Row
1 minute Pistols
1 minute Box jump 24/20
1 minute rest

Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
