Part A – GROUP WARM-UP: Coach leads class into dynamic warm-up
1 BURPEE every 7Sec for a total of 70Burpees
Tomorrow we will have a special warm up in honor to celebrate one of our special members 70th birthday! Lets all do 70 burpees for Corrine 🙂
Part B – Weightlifting
6 push press @ 65% (from the ground)
6-12 clapping push ups
Time allotted: 15 minutes
Part C – Workout
Amrap 16 minutes
20 (single arm)DB hang clean and jerk @ 50/35lbs
5 wall climbs
Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
