Part B – Weightlifting

Snatch
E2MOM x 8
Set 1 & 2: 2 reps @ 80%
Set 3 and on:
1 rep, increase as desired each set
Time Allotted: 20 minutes

Part C – Workout

4 rounds
50 Double unders
15/12 cal Rowing
12 C2B pull ups
Time Cap: 12 minutes

Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
