Part B – Gymnastics

4 sets
– 5 Ring Pike HSPU with 4 seconds
descent + fast ascent
– 5/5 DB strict press, unilateral with
tempo 4 seconds descent
rest 2 minutes
Time Allotted: 12 minutes

Part C – Workout

2 x Amrap 6, rest 2 minutes between
each amrap
6 OHS @135/95
6 Bar muscle ups
30 Double Unders

Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
