Part B – Weightlifting

Front Squat
6 x 3 @ 65-70%
Pause 1 second just above parallel in
the descent
Time Allotted: 15 minutes

Part C – Workout

Every 90 seconds x 4
– 200m run
Into:
Amrap 10
10 Wall Balls, 20/14
10 Burpees over ball

Part D- Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
